SEC. 1101. ROYALTIES IN-KIND REPORT ELIMINATED. Section 342 of the Energy Policy Act of 2005 (42 U.S.C. 15902) is amended—(1) by striking subsection (e); and(2) by redesignating subsections (f) through (j) as subsections (e) through (i), respectively.
