Sec. 747. Section 501(f)(1)(C)(ii)(II) of the Federal Agriculture Improvement and Reform Act of 1996 (7 U.S.C. 7401(f)(1)(C)(ii)(II)) is amended by striking “section 514” and inserting “a commodity promotion law”.
