Sec. 8137. None of the funds in this Act may be used to require that seafood procured for the Department of Defense from sustainably managed fisheries in the United States, as determined 128 STAT. 2285 by the National Marine Fisheries Service, be required to additionally meet sustainability certification criteria prescribed by third-party nongovernmental organizations.
