Sec. 116. None of the funds appropriated or otherwise made available by this or any other Act may be used by the United States Mint to construct or operate any museum without the explicit approval of the Committees on Appropriations of the House of Representatives and the Senate, the House Committee on Financial 128 STAT. 2340 Services, and the Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs.
