(a) Section 109 of title I of Public Law 105–355 (16 U.S.C. 461 note) shall be applied for fiscal year 2015 by substituting “2015” for “2014”.(b) Section 157(h)(1) of title I of Public Law 106–291 (16 U.S.C. 461 note) is amended by striking “$10,000,000” and inserting “$11,000,000”.
