Sec. 226. (a) Of the funds appropriated in title II of division J of Public Law 113–76, the following amounts which became available on October 1, 2014, are hereby rescinded from the following accounts in the amounts specified:128 STAT. 2565(1) “Department of Veterans Affairs, Medical Services”, $1,400,000,000.(2) “Department of Veterans Affairs, Medical Support and Compliance”, $100,000,000.(3) “Department of Veterans Affairs, Medical Facilities”, $250,000,000.(b) In addition to amounts provided elsewhere in this Act, an additional amount is appropriated to the following accounts in the amounts specified to remain available until September 30, 2016:(1) “Department of Veterans Affairs, Medical Services”, $1,400,000,000.(2) “Department of Veterans Affairs, Medical Support and Compliance”, $100,000,000.(3) “Department of Veterans Affairs, Medical Facilities”, $250,000,000.
