INTERNATIONAL SECURITY ASSISTANCE Department of State international narcotics control and law enforcement For an additional amount for “International Narcotics Control and Law Enforcement”, $443,195,000, to remain available until September 30, 2016: Provided, That such amount is designated by the Congress for Overseas Contingency Operations/Global War on Terrorism pursuant to section 251(b)(2)(A) of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985. nonproliferation, anti-terrorism, demining and related programs For an additional amount for “Nonproliferation, Anti-terrorism, Demining and Related Programs”, $99,240,000, to remain available until September 30, 2016: Provided, That such amount is designated by the Congress for Overseas Contingency Operations/Global War on Terrorism pursuant to section 251(b)(2)(A) of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985. peacekeeping operations For an additional amount for “Peacekeeping Operations”, $328,698,000, to remain available until September 30, 2016: Provided, That such amount is designated by the Congress for Overseas Contingency Operations/Global War on Terrorism pursuant to section 251(b)(2)(A) of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985: Provided further, That funds may be used to pay assessed expenses of international peacekeeping activities in Somalia and other peacekeeping requirements, subject to the regular notification procedures of the Committees on Appropriations: Provided further, That the total amount of United States contributions to support an assessed peacekeeping operation shall not exceed the level described in the final proviso under the heading 128 STAT. 2691 “Contributions for International Peacekeeping Activities” in title I of this Act.
