Not later than 120 days after enactment of this Act, the Secretary of State shall submit to the Committees on Appropriations a report on funds obligated and expended during fiscal year 2014 under the headings “International Military Education and Training”, “Peacekeeping Operations”, and “Foreign Military Financing Program”.
