SEC. 202. REPEAL OF CHANGES IN MEDICARE PART B MONTHLY PREMIUM AND FINANCING. (a) In General.—Sections 211 through 213 (other than sections 21 lib I and 211(c)(3)(B)) of MCCA are repealed and the provisions of law amended or repealed by such sections are restored or revised as if such sections had not been enacted. (b) Effective Date.—The provisions of subsection (a) shall take effect January 1, 1990, and the repeal of section 211 of MCCA shall apply to premiums for months beginning after December 31, 1989.
