Sec. 119F. Subsection 47109(c)(2) of title 49, United States Code, is amended by adding before the period “, except that at a primary non-hub airport located in a State as set forth in paragraph (1) of this subsection that is within 15 miles of another State as set forth in paragraph (1) of this subsection, the Government’s share shall be an average of the Government share applicable to any project in each of the States”.128 STAT. 2705
