SEC. 402. AWARD OF REPARATIONS. Section 41305 of title 46, United States Code, is amended—(1) in subsection (b), by striking “, plus reasonable attorney fees”; and(2) by adding at the end the following:“(e) Attorney Fees.—In any action brought under section 41301, the prevailing party may be awarded reasonable attorney fees.”.
