SEC. 310. COMPUTATION OF ENTITLEMENT AMOUNT. Section 1802(b) is amended— (1) by striking out “or” at the end of clause (1)(B); (2) by striking out the period at the end of clause (2) and inserting in lieu thereof “; or”; and (3) by inserting after clause (2) the following new clause: “(3)(A) the loan has been repaid in full; and “(B) the loan for which the veteran seeks to use entitlement under this chapter is secured by the same property which secured the loan referred to in subparagraph (A) of this paragraph.”.
