SEC. 416. REPORTING FEES. (a) In General.—Section 1784 is amended— (1) in subsection (a)(1), by striking out “chapter 34” and inserting in lieu thereof “chapter 31,34”; (2) in subsection (b), by striking out “chapters 34” and inserting in lieu thereof “chapters 31,34”; and (3) in subsection (c), by striking out “chapter 34” each place it appears and inserting in lieu thereof “chapter 31, 34,”, (b) Effective Date.—The amendments made by this section shall take effect on January 1, 1990.
