SEC. 104. DEPENDENCY AND INDEMNITY COMPENSATION FOR SURV1VING SPOUSES. "2 If the veteran served as Chairman or Vice-Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Chief of Staff of the Army. Chief of Naval Operations.
