SEC. 327. ENHANCED CONTRACTOR LEVEL ASSESSMENTS FOR THE INTELLIGENCE COMMUNITY. Section 506B(c) of the National Security Act of 1947 (50 U.S.C. 3098(c)) is amended—(1) in paragraph (11), by striking “or contracted”;(2) by redesignating paragraph (12) as paragraph (13); and(3) by inserting after paragraph (11) the following:“(12) The best estimate of the number of intelligence collectors and analysts contracted by each element of the intelligence community and a description of the functions performed by such contractors.”.
