SEC. 217. AMENDMENT RELATING TO SAFE, ACCOUNTABLE, FLEXIBLE, EFFICIENT TRANSPORTATION EQUITY ACT OF 2005: A LEGACY FOR USERS.(a) Amendment Relating to Section 11161.—Paragraph (1) of section 9503(b) is amended by inserting before the period at the end the following: “and taxes received under section 4081 shall be determined without regard to tax receipts attributable to the rate specified in section 4081(a)(2)(C)”.(b) Effective Date.—The amendment made by this section shall take effect as if included in the provision of the Safe, Accountable, Flexible, Efficient Transportation Equity Act of 2005: A Legacy for Users to which it relates.
