SEC. 501. REIMBURSEMENT FOR COST OF CEMETERY HEADSTONE OR MARKER. Subsection (d) of section 906 is amended— (1) by striking out “actual costs incurred by or on behalf of such person in acquiring” in the first sentence and inserting in lieu thereof “cost of acquiring”; (2) by inserting after the first sentence the following: “The cost referred to in the preceding sentence is the cost actually incurred by or on behalf of such person or the cost prepaid by the deceased individual, as the case may be.”; and (3) by striking out “the preceding sentence” and inserting in lieu thereof “this subsection”.
