COORDINATION.

SEC. 4006. COORDINATION. For purposes of section 202 of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Reaffirmation Act of 1987 (2 U.S.C. 909), any transfer resulting from any provision of this title or any of the amendments made by this title is a necessary (but secondary) result of a significant policy change (within the meaning of section 202(b) of such Act).
