SEC. 3003. INFORMATION ON DEFAULTS REQUIRED. (a) General Rule.— The first sentence of section 428(k)(1) of the Higher Education Act of 1965 (20 U.S.C. 1078(k)(1)) is amended— (1) by striking out “In” and inserting in lieu thereof “Notwithstanding any other provision of law, in”; and (2) by striking out “may“ and inserting in lieu thereof “shall”. (b) Conforming Amendment.— The second sentence of section 428(k)(1) of such Act is amended by striking out “may” and inserting in lieu thereof “shall”.
