SEC. 7104. EXTENSION OF QUALIFIED MORTGAGE BONDS. (a) In General.—Subparagraph (B) of section 143(a)(1) (defining qualified mortgage bond) is amended by striking “December 31, 1989” each place it appears and inserting “September 30, 1990”. (b) Mortgage Credit Certificates.—Subsection (h) of section 25 is amended by striking “for any calendar year after 1989” and inserting “for any period after September 30, 1990”.
