SEC. 1011. EXTENSION OF AUTHORITY TO SUPPORT UNIFIED COUNTER-DRUG AND COUNTERTERRORISM CAMPAIGN IN COLOMBIA.(a) Extension.—Section 1021 of the Ronald W. Reagan National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2005 (Public Law 108–375; 118 Stat. 2042), as most recently amended by section 1010 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2013 (Public Law 112–239; 126 Stat. 1907), is amended—(1) in subsection (a), by striking “2013” and inserting “2014”; and(2) in subsection (c), by striking “2013” and inserting “2014”.(b) Notice to Congress on Assistance.—Not later than 15 days before providing assistance under section 1021 of the Ronald W. Reagan National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2005 (as amended by subsection (a)) using funds available for fiscal year 2014, the Secretary of Defense shall submit to the congressional defense committees a notice setting forth the assistance to be provided, including the types of such assistance, the budget for such assistance, and the anticipated completion date and duration of the provision of such assistance.127 STAT. 844
