SEC. 3132. REPEAL OF CERTAIN REPORTING REQUIREMENTS.(a) Report on Counterintelligence and Security Practices at National Security Laboratories.—(1) In general.—Section 4507 of the Atomic Energy Defense Act (50 U.S.C. 2658) is repealed.(2) Clerical amendment.—The table of contents for the Atomic Energy Defense Act is amended by striking the item relating to section 4507.(b) Reports on Advanced Supercomputer Sales to Certain Foreign Nations.—Section 3157 of the National Defense 127 STAT. 1069 Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1998 (Public Law 105–85; 50 U.S.C. App. 2404 note) is repealed.
