Sec. 105. (a) Section 105(f) of the Commerce, Justice, Science, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2012 (Public Law 112–55) is amended—(1) by striking “paragraph (2)” and inserting “subsection (e)(2)”; and(2) by striking “this subsection” and inserting “subsection (e)”.(b) The requirements set forth by section 105 of the Commerce, Justice, Science, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2012 (Public Law 112–55), as amended by subsection (a) of this section, are hereby adopted by reference.
