Office of the Chief Financial Officer For necessary expenses of the Office of the Chief Financial Officer, as authorized by section 103 of the Homeland Security Act of 2002 (6 U.S.C. 113), $51,500,000, of which $5,000,000 shall remain available until September 30, 2014, for financial systems modernization efforts.
