SEC. 7851. DEFINITIONS. For purposes of this part— (1) Reform act.—Except where incompatible with the intent, the term “Reform Act” means the Tax Reform Act of 1986. (2) ERISA.—The term “ERISA” means the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974.
