(rescission)Sec. 571. Of the funds provided in Public Law 110–161, Public Law 110–329, and Public Law 111–83, under the heading “National Predisaster Mitigation Fund” for congressionally directed spending items, $12,000,000 are rescinded from projects for which no applications were submitted or from projects which were completed for an amount less than that appropriated.
