Section 331 of the Department of the Interior and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2001 (Public Law 106–291; 114 Stat. 996), as amended by section 336 of division E of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2005 (Public Law 108–447; 118 128 STAT. 342 Stat. 3102) and section 422 of the Department of the Interior, Environment, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2010 (division A of Public Law 111–88; 123 Stat. 2961), is further amended—(1) in the section heading, by striking “in Colorado”;(2) in subsection (a)—(A) in the subsection heading, by striking “Colorado”;(B) by striking “may permit the Colorado State Forest Service” and inserting “may permit the head of a State agency with jurisdiction over State forestry programs in a State containing National Forest System land (in this section referred to as a ‘State Forester’)”; and(C) by striking “of Colorado”;(3) in subsection (b)—(A) in the first sentence, by striking “of Colorado”; and(B) in the second sentence, by striking “the Colorado State Forest Service” and inserting “a State Forester”;(4) in subsection (c)—(A) by striking “the Colorado State Forest Service” the first place it appears and inserting “a State Forester”;(B) by striking “of Colorado”; and(C) by striking “the Colorado State Forest Service” the second place it appears and inserting “the State”;(5) in subsection (d)—(A) in the subsection heading, by striking “Colorado”; and(B) by striking “the State of Colorado” and inserting “a State”; and(6) in subsection (e), by striking “September 30, 2013” and inserting “September 30, 2018”.
