Section 331 of the Department of the Interior and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2000 (as enacted into law by section 1000(a)(3) of Public Law 106–113; 16 U.S.C. 497 note) is amended—(1) by striking subsection (a) and inserting the following new subsection:“(a) Program Required.—For fiscal year 2014 and each fiscal year thereafter, the Secretary of Agriculture shall conduct a program for the purpose of enhancing Forest Service administration of rights-of-way and other land uses.”; and(2) in subsection (b), by striking “during fiscal years 2000 through 2012” and inserting “each fiscal year”.
