Section 330 of the Department of the Interior and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2001 (Public Law 106–291; 43 U.S.C. 1703) is amended—(1) in the first sentence, by striking “programs. involving the land management agencies referred to in this section” and inserting “programs”;(2) in the first sentence, by striking “and promulgate” and inserting “and may promulgate”; and(3) in the third sentence, by inserting after “Forest Service” the following: “or matters under the purview of other bureaus or offices of either Department”.
