Sec. 111. (a) Section 5315 of title 5, United States Code, is amended after the item relating to the Assistant Secretaries of Labor by inserting “Administrator, Wage and Hour Division, Department of Labor.”128 STAT. 362(b) Section 5316, title 5, United States Code, is amended by striking “Administrator, Wage and Hour and Public Contracts Division, Department of Labor.”
