SEC. 601. SENSE OF THE CONGRESS THAT THE INTERNATIONAL BANK FOR RECONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT AND THE INTERNATIONAL MONETARY FUND SHOULD EXPEDITIOUSLY ACT UPON LOAN REQUESTS FROM POLAND.It is the sense of the Congress that, based on the liberalization of Poland's economic system and the opening of its economic system to market forces, the Secretary of the Treasury should instruct the United States Executive Directors of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and of the International Monetary Fund to urge upon their colleagues that their respective institutions move as expeditiously as possible in considering and acting upon loan requests from, and in disbursing approved loans to, Poland.
