SEC. 303. PROCUREMENT OF LEGAL SERVICES. Section 26(b) of the State Department Basic Authorities Act of 1956 (22 U.S.C. 2698) is amended by striking out “International Communication Agency” and inserting in lieu thereof “United States Information Agency, the chairman of the Board for International Broadcasting,”.
