AFGHANISTAN COUNTRY PLAN.

SEC. 211. AFGHANISTAN COUNTRY PLAN. (a) Maintenance of Plan.— The Director of the United States Information Agency shall maintain a comprehensive country plan for the Agency’s activities with respect to Afghanistan, consistent with the plan submitted to the Congress for the fiscal year 1989. (b) Report.— Not later than March 1, 1990, the Director of the United States Information Agency shall submit to the Congress a report describing the Afghanistan country plan and including a specific outline on how that country plan will be adapted for implementation inside a free Afghanistan.
