SEC. 213. REPORT TO CONGRESS ON THE ACQUISITION AND USE OF PUBLIC PROGRAMMING MATERIALS. Not later than 90 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Director of the United States Information Agency shall provide to the chairman of the Foreign Relations Committee of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives a detailed report describing all programming material acquired by the United States Information Agency in the fiscal years 1988 and 1989 from public television and radio entities, including a description of how such program material was utilized by the United States Information Agency, in whole or in part, in original or edited form. Such report shall include a description of projected United States Information Agency use of programming material acquired for public television and radio entities through the fiscal year 1992.
