SEC. 5004. ELIMINATION OF MINERAL RIGHTS APPRAISAL REQUIREMENT. Section 307 of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act (7 U.S.C. 1927) is amended—(1) by striking subsection (d); and(2) by redesignating subsection (e) as subsection (d).
