SEC. 11025. PILOT PROGRAMS. Section 523(a) of the Federal Crop Insurance Act (7 U.S.C. 1523(a)) is amended—(1) in paragraph (1), by inserting “, at the sole discretion of the Corporation,” after “may”; and(2) by striking paragraph (5).
