SEC. 409. UNITED STATES COMMISSION ON IMPROVING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE UNITED NATIONS. Section 727 of the Foreign Relations Authorization Act, Fiscal Years 1988 and 1989 (Public Law 100–204) is amended in subsection (b) by inserting “the greater of” after “than”.
