Sec. 742. Of the unobligated balances identified by the Treasury Appropriation Fund Symbol 12X1072, $20,000,000 is hereby rescinded: Provided, That no amounts may be rescinded from amounts that were designated by Congress as an emergency 129 STAT. 2282 requirement or for disaster relief requirement pursuant to a Concurrent Resolution on the Budget or the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985.
