Sec. 307. Section 3602(a) of title 18, United States Code, is amended—(1) by inserting after the first sentence: “A person appointed as a probation officer in one district may serve in another district with the consent of the appointing court and the court in the other district.”; and(2) by inserting in the last sentence “appointing” before “court may, for cause”.
