AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS.

SEC. 601. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS. Section 401 of the Inter-American Foundation Act (22 U.S.C. 290f) is amended in subsection (s)(2) by striking out the first sentence and inserting in lieu thereof “There are authorized to be appropriated $16,932,000 for the fiscal year 1990 and $25,000,000 for the fiscal year 1991 to carry out the purposes of this section.”.
