Office of Health Affairs For necessary expenses of the Office of Health Affairs, $125,369,000; of which $27,010,000 is for salaries and expenses and $82,078,000 is for BioWatch operations: Provided, That of the amount made available under this heading, $16,281,000 shall remain available until September 30, 2017, for biosurveillance, chemical defense, medical and health planning and coordination, and workforce health protection.
