CONCERNING THE SUBMISSION TO THE CONGRESS OF AGREEMENTS PERTAINING TO THE BOUNDARIES OF THE UNITED STATES.

SEC. 1007. CONCERNING THE SUBMISSION TO THE CONGRESS OF AGREEMENTS PERTAINING TO THE BOUNDARIES OF THE UNITED STATES. It is the sense of the Congress that all international agreements pertaining to the international boundaries of the United States should be submitted to the Congress for such consideration as is appropriate pursuant to the respective constitutional responsibilities of the Senate and the House of Representatives.
