Sec. 543. (a) For an additional amount for emergent threats from violent extremism and from complex, coordinated terrorist attacks, $50,000,000 to remain available until September 30, 2017.(b) Funds made available in subsection (a) for emergent threats may be transferred by the Secretary of Homeland Security between 129 STAT. 2519 appropriations for the same purpose, notwithstanding section 503 of this Act.(c) No transfer described in subsection (b) shall occur until 15 days after the Committees on Appropriations of the Senate and the House of Representatives are notified of such transfer.
