(rescission)Sec. 227. The following unobligated balances of amounts appropriated prior to fiscal year 2007 for “Department of Health and Human Services, Health Resources and Services Administration” are hereby permanently rescinded:(1) $281,003 appropriated to carry out section 1610(b) of the PHS Act;(2) $3,611 appropriated to carry out section 1602(c) of the PHS Act;(3) $105,576 appropriated in section 167 of division H of Public Law 108–199; and(4) $55,793 appropriated to carry out the National Cord Blood Stem Cell Bank Program.
