(transfer of funds)Sec. 211. Of the amounts made available to the Department of Veterans Affairs for fiscal year 2016 for the Office of Rural Health under the heading “Medical Services”, including any advance 129 STAT. 2695 appropriation for fiscal year 2016 provided in prior appropriation Acts, up to $20,000,000 may be transferred to and merged with funds appropriated under the heading “Grants for Construction of State Extended Care Facilities”.
