SEC. 201. MORATORIUM ON ANNUAL FEE ON HEALTH INSURANCE PROVIDERS. Subsection (j) of section 9010 of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act is amended to read as follows:“(j) Effective Date.—This section shall apply to calendar years—129 STAT. 3038“(1) beginning after December 31, 2013, and ending before January 1, 2017, and“(2) beginning after December 31, 2017.”.
