GENERAL AUTHORITY.

SECTION 1. GENERAL AUTHORITY.The Secretary of Education is authorized, subject to the availability of appropriations, to pay to the Museum of Tolerance of the Simon Wiesenthal Center, located in Los Angeles, California, the Federal share of the cost of designing and operating education programs concerning the holocaust.
