SEC. 1103. FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION OPERATIONS. Section 106(k) of title 49, United States Code, is amended—(1) by striking paragraph (1)(E) and inserting the following:“(E) $9,909,724,000 for each of fiscal years 2016 and 2017.”; and(2) in paragraph (3) by striking “fiscal years 2012 through 2015” and all that follows through “July 15, 2016,” and inserting “fiscal years 2012 through 2017,”.
