Sec. 312. (a) Section 802(b)(1) of the Arizona-Idaho Conservation Act of 1988 is amended to read as follows: “(1) in consultation with the Joint Committee on the Library, the Senate Commission on Art, or the House of Representatives Fine Arts Board, as the case may be, transfer such property to the entity consulted;”. (b) Section 803(b) of the Arizona-Idaho Conservation Act of 1988 is amended— (1) by striking “subject” and all that follows through “respectively”; and (2) in paragraph (2) by inserting “subject to the approval of the Committee on Appropriations of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Appropriations of the Senate, after “(2)”. (c) Section 8(c) of the Bicentennial of the United States Congress Commemorative Coin Act is amended to read as follows: “(c) Report Required.— The Commission shall submit an annual report of expenditures to the Congress.”.
