TECHNICAL CORRECTION

TECHNICAL CORRECTION Effective as of November 21, 1989, the 11th proviso under the heading “Migration and Refugee Assistance” in title II of the Foreign Operations, Export Financing, and Related Programs Appropriations Act, 1990 (Public Law 101–167, 103 Stat. 1211) is amended by striking “sixth proviso” and inserting “ninth proviso”.
